No Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges, partial credits, or store credits once payment is received and order is confirmed.
Reason for No-Refund Policy
The kit includes curated physical and consumable educational content that cannot be restocked or resold once dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours with Order ID, photos, and issue details. Verified cases may receive replacement of affected component only.
Non-Delivery of Order
If shipment is confirmed lost in transit, Ateamm may arrange replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Payment Failure Refunds
If debited but no order confirmation is generated, reversal is processed to original method, typically within 5–7 business days.

- Content dissatisfaction based on preference
- Opened or used product
- Incorrect/incomplete address by customer
