Our return and cancellation policy for the Ateamm Network Marketing Kit.
Once payment is made and order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not accepted once payment is processed and confirmation is issued.
Pre-Payment Cancellation
You can abandon cart anytime before payment. After successful payment, order is locked.
Return Policy
The kit is non-returnable after dispatch. Returns are not accepted for preference-based dissatisfaction or used/opened product.
Exception — Damaged or Wrong Product
Contact within 48 hours with Order ID and photos. Verified cases may get replacement component only (no monetary refund).
Duplicate Orders
Duplicate cancellation may be considered only before dispatch if reported quickly.
Delivery & Undelivered Package Policy
- Incorrect address/failed attempts may require re-delivery charges
- Undelivered returns are not refunded
- Ateamm is not responsible for courier delays
